Permission to Utilize Photos and Other Recordings

In consideration of LUSH Valley Food Action Society accepting my application to participate in this activity, I agree to grant permission to use my (or my minor child's) photographs in print or online materials designed for news, informational, or educational purposes related to LUSH Valley and release all claims against LUSH Valley and others with respect to copyright ownership and publication including any claim for compensation related to the use of the material.
